i will miss him - he was a fantastic 'team' guy

traded to get back Irwin. We traded him and GAM for Irwin to Atlanta.
Yeah, one of the good guys from the Nelsen days who kept around and tried hard and got somewhere. Hope he gets some minutes in Atlanta.
Thanks Mark! You were with us since those dark days in 2014, thanks for everything and enjoy sunny Atlanta!
Thank you Mark!! Always a positive attitude and smile on his face. It's a shame he got bitten by the injury bug. It would have been interesting to see where he could have fit in had he been 100% last year. Best of luck in Atlanta!!
Bloom's three and half years has to be high up the list of TFC's longest serving players, especially non-Canadian players. Stefan Frei was here slightly longer. Anybody think of anyone else?
Good luck in Atlanta Mark.
Is he the last player from the Kevin Payne era?
Thanks Mark & good luck! It was a tough battle back from injuries. John Molinaro, who's been through thick & lots of thin with the club, mentioned that Mark was probably the friendliest & kindest TFC player of all times. Considering there have been hundreds of TFC players, that's a huge compliment!
Thanks for the job you did.
Very happy he's living the hometown dream.
Siverbacks up to TFC and now his hometown has an MLS side he gets to go home for their inaugural season. Nice!

Thanks for all your support for the club Mark. Good luck in Atlanta and I hope travel won't be as much of a stretch for your family.
Mark, class act and an underrated player. Atlanta is lucky. Mark, thank you for your service, you were missed when injured and will be missed now.
Looks like AU declined the option on Bloom’s contract today. Too bad for him - didn’t seem to get much of a chance there.
Does this make him a FA?

That is really too bad. I was hoping that it would be a great ending to a difficult time here to be able to go and play in front of his home town. He’s such a nice guy and seemed for a few minutes to be our solution at right back. Hopefully he gets picked up in a USL/NASL or what ever exists next year and keeps playing.
