They've been talking about that nonstop on the Big Soccer message boards since the news dropped last week. FCE will probably end up in the CPL for sure now. I can't help but think that the desanctioning is part of a tit-for-tat response to Miami FC Silva's lawsuit.

Wow, that sounded like a major drubbing after the send off. Unfortunate, but at this time of year it sounds like many teams are losing players to college. Should they perhaps shorten the season to Labour Day?

It has been a problem for the league's three seasons. Sigma and Durham always fizzled from about August on (players are called back a few weeks before Labour Day. This year since some teams are stacking older players showcasing themselves for the new Can Prem League, there's even more discrepancy with some of the teenage teams.
