Hey, watch for Doug Smith from the Toronto Star. He posted to his blog that he's going to the match tomorrow and will be around the south end. I sent him an email saying he should start his day at Shoeless Joe's with you guys for the march, but I don't know if he (and possibly Laura Armstrong) will do so.

His comment is just below the Lady Gaga video. He's asking for tips on what to do game day.

If somebody sees him, maybe let him know our team isn't called "the TFCs" as mentioned in the article linked above (and in a previous one from August).

Or "the FCs" as he's sometimes called them.

Pretty sure a seasoned sports writer like him already knows that. Better question would be to ask him why he does that..

Not afraid to admit it, I'm a little nervous about this match. San Jose's always played our side tough, last year being a classic example. And Chris Wondolowski has been a TFC killer since suiting up for the Quakes. Between this match and the Blue Scum hosting Portland at Yankee Stadium, our side could end up three points behind after today. :P

I'm pretty confident for a win. TFC has not lost at home this year, and this is not the team to change that. Spirits are high for the squad, our strikers are hot, the defense is solid.

Damn what a fun first half. SJ look completely overwhelmed and bewildered with our play

What's the possession stats this first half? Feels like 80-20

SJ is down a goal and still has no interest in attacking.

A 2nd goal will wrap this up. I'll give them a bit of credit because they've done a decent job stifling our attacks.

It really still amazes me just how good we are right now. I mean, SJ have been decent when they've had the ball ... but they've almost never seen the ball. We are just so much better.

    Nice first half.
We must score one more until the 75th minute, so we won't be in the danger of being poached a goal against, and finishing 1-1.

SJ have nothing and will be lucky to score 1.
