    Default 2017 MLS Playoff Schedule

The season ends on October 22. We are likely to get a first round bye. When is Round 2 of the playoffs likely to take place? Would it be the weekend of the 29th since the first round is just a one-game affair that would take place on the Wednesday after the season ends?

Yeah, that sounds right. Maybe a week between the Finals and the Cup? They really should do it this way so the host city has time to plan stuff. I remember when we hosted the cup final the first time there was a bunch of stuff during the week leading up - there was a supporters forum and fan days and stuff like that. Good times. Last year there was a noticable lack of events.
    Road Games:
    2013 - Montréal , 2014 - Orlando (Disney Classic), Montréal
2015 - Columbus, New England, Montréal
2016 - NYCFC (Leg 2 Conference Semis), Montréal (Leg 1 Conference Final)
2017 - Ottawa (Leg 1 Canadian Championship Semi), DCU, Red Bulls (Leg 1 Conference Final), Columbus (Leg 2 Conference Final)
2019 - Montréal, NYCFC (Eastern Conference Semi @ Citi Field), Seattle (MLS Cup Final)

    Possible wrinkles for all this.

MLS noted that the mid week playoff games (moved due to the Argos and the Grey Cup) got HUGE ratings and there was some thought they might go for a midweek Eastern Conference set again.

CFL Division Semis are on Sunday Nov 12th (which won't be an issue) but the East CFL Final is on the 19th, creating a conflict with a TFC home game in the first leg (yes, I know, if we get 1st in the East it won't matter but MLS can't count on that)

I suspect the East MLS conference final games will be midweek with MLS cup final on December 9th.

Oh! December 2 is my birthday.
I hope TFC can deliver a nice present for me!

This is speculation I am assuming? These aren't official dates correct?
