It's just impossible to put out in more than 50% of cases in all games the best 11 TFC have... because all time injuries.
I never saw this in any other leagues of the world.

I came from Europe to the US some 18 years ago, and I saw there hundreds of first division games live, and maybe thousands on TV, and followed a lots of first class championships.
It's just impossible not to reason that all these injuries are because how MLS is constructed: the length of travels between games, the extreme variance of temperatures games are played at (from winter conditions into the tropical ones), the multitude of crap turf surfaces which are still present in MLS.

The point of the season is to get hot in October.

    Nothing else matters.

I hope they don't rush Ricketts back just because Altidore will be at the Gold Cup.

I dont think they will. Look how they handled Gio. And if you parse Vanney, NE was a lineup designed to test some things. Unlike Europe, there are freebie games in this league. Clear they were testing Edwards with Gio (not the best) and other things that he was discreet about ( guessing whether Cheyrou Vasquez can work). In that environment, rushing Ricketts unlikely

    Sounds plausible. I hope so.

I personally would be pleased to see Hamilton get a real shot here. Let's give the kid 5 games beside Gio. Let's see what he's got.
