This new scarf will not replace my RPB scarf on game days but it is not too bad to keep your neck warm.

I like the scarf. I'll definitely be able to wear it to work and out without it being too obvious. It's certainly not the thick soccer scarf we're used to getting.

Got my ticket package a few minutes ago. Looking through its contents left me wondering:
    - where is the bottle of cognac?
    - Lovely scarf, my wife will want to wear it when we go out to the opera
    - tickets are too big for my wallet, think I will have to get an MLSE purse.
    - the inflated bags used for packing will be great for my hemorrhoids, will bring them to the opener.

    Lets go reds!

This is what im thinking as well, i can see some people choosing this new scarf to take to work or something rather than our member scarfs.

In their website, Frank and Oak offers a nice red purse for a few hundred bucks. Perfect for a Friday night post game martini

I'm digging this year's package. I like the theme, the design, the tickets and marketing.

I'm all for traditional scarves and i have a boat load of them and that's why I'm okay with this different scarf. It's something different and I don't mind it. I'll wear it to a couple games and out of the house (which is its main purpose) and for the rest of the season I'll wear my truckload of other ones.

Got mine delivered this afternoon in Brampton. I was a little disappointed with the scarf as my taste lies in the more traditional looks. I do however understand the reasoning behind it. I agree some of the artwork on the tickets looks borderline childish but there are a few pictures that I enjoy. Overall my impression is neither overly impressed nor disappointed. All it did was make me wish the 31st was closer than it actually is.

Was finally able to go through it.....I like what they've put together this year!

Scarf is finally something I can wear to rep TFC and look decent doing it for a dinner out or something like that.
If I want to wear a "football scarf", I (and I presume most here) already have tons to choose from.....this year's is a nice alternative.
Like the look of the tickets too.....

    It's like Christmas.

Except it's not Norad tracking Santa.

And Santa is asking for ID.

    And I'm not getting socks.

Looking through it, the tickets are hit and miss. Some do look pretty childish lol but some kind of fit the mold for the passion of the players and fans.

I have no issue with the scarf for most of the fashion reasons listed above. Got a ton of regular supporter scarfs to use for games but this one really feels like I could wear it on a cold day without the scarf looking out of place.

Like it or not, regular clothes branding is good for a team, just look at the raptors and the OVO gear (I don't like it) but people who aren't big basketball fans run to it and wear it and little by little get into the team. TFC did it with the pop up shop last year and I have friends asking about the gear I got from that cause it looked really nice.

Regardless, all of these things are pointless cause we just want March 31st lol

Overall impression and presentation is great. The scarf is a very firm 'meh' for me.

Even though mine said Friday initially it all of a sudden showed up yesterday. Took me a second to figure out the tickets. Not necessarily a fan of the new shape of them. I kind of like the standard ticket size and shape but whatever. It stays in my bag most of the time anyway. I am not necessarily a fan of the scarves either. I can't see me wearing them and even my wife said she was not liking them either which I was surprised at because they look similar to some scarves that she has already. In the end as long as I get into the games I am good.

Mine is waiting at home. I'm looking forward to a daily wear scarf especially in these temperatures... Game day scarves I already have and I'll always be hunting for more.

Oooo....I likes this. I'm a bit of a packaging guy so this was kinda cool as an opening experience.

First thing I liked was how it all sat well in the box. Good opening presentation to the eye.

Pulling out, the red sat well under the black. The logo on the box stood out. The whole thing looked more professional then that grey thing from last season.

Opening up.......GOSH I LOVE THAT PAPER.

Yeah, I know......paper. But its a great feel and colour and sits well around the stuff. Even the sticker was good - came off well but looked good settled on it.

The words...Ok I get it all but I gloss over that stuff. More of a visual and texture guy. I get what they are saying. Its all about the night, all about the passion, all about the black and red. Evening games mood setting.

The member card is black and will stand out in may wallet. I'm more likely to use it then I suppose. Nice and simple.

The scarf. I like it. I'll wear it next winter for sure and to a few games. Nice to have something to wear that is a bit more work ready. The wife likes it too. "Its a pashmina!" she said. Will both probably wear it over the next few years.

The tickets. I LOVE THEM. Yes, I know....but I really get into that stuff. Yes, its smaller to save money but the shape is unique and the artwork is something I don't want to throw out or make into a cat toy.

Its all gone back into the box and into the closet for March 31. Looking forward to it all.
