Same. They used to make nice stuff you could wear to the office at a reasonable price. Then all of a sudden it seemed like they shifted their focus to only 20 year old hipsters. I haven't bought anything in quite some time now.
I had an issue and sent an email to their customer service address and they fixed it within the hour today.

Would anybody happen to know if our SSH RealSports discount is applicable online?
From what my ticket rep told me a few weeks ago, the RealSports online store doesn't have the "capabilities" to apply the SSH discount. However if you go to BMO Field you can get the SSH discount there.
