Is TFC going to roll out two new kits next year? The red is being replaced because it's been here for two years and the white kit was used because of the 10th season. Do you think there's going to be two new kits?

BMO only signed on for one more sponsor year IIRC, so it's possible we get discount kits across the board.
I think they keep the white and changed the red. I heard somewhere that our new red is really nice.
I heard we get horizontal lines Red Kit. but that's just a rumor though. Given the fact that they decide on kits about two years in advance I'm sure the mock up will surface pretty soon
All we know with certainty it'll be our first red kit without the stupid fucking shoulder/arm stripes. Can't wait for it.
Road Games:
2013 - Montréal , 2014 - Orlando (Disney Classic), Montréal
2015 - Columbus, New England, Montréal
2016 - NYCFC (Leg 2 Conference Semis), Montréal (Leg 1 Conference Final)
2017 - Ottawa (Leg 1 Canadian Championship Semi), DCU, Red Bulls (Leg 1 Conference Final), Columbus (Leg 2 Conference Final)
2019 - Montréal, NYCFC (Eastern Conference Semi @ Citi Field), Seattle (MLS Cup Final)
You gotta admit though. Those red kits were by far and away the most successful ones we've ever had for our side.
TORONTO FC, 2017 MLS CHAMPIONS!!! (Still the greatest in league history!)
Is out kit sponsorship deal up for renewal this year?
I still think its going to be either Coke or Kia.
Wouldn't BMO want to sign on again?
Has there been any leaks or details on the jersey so far?
they have reportedly been out the last two years, yet come back as a last resort. I guessing it will be the same this year again. I assume they pay the MLS minimum (or 0 as some on the forum has speculated) if this is the case.
that means unforunately the jersey will be out a latest date MLS will allow, probably right before first game.
IIRC vancouver is up and so is montreal. whitecaps forum say we may see a change in Vancouver with potential of Bell/TSN dropping MLS

a bit off topic but do you think we will ditch the mls logos on our jersey for champions league games?

When the shirt sponsor changes it will be crazy... Kits would be so much harder to recognize... but we aren't going to be the first ones to go through it so it's fine lol. It's just gonna be a little weird for a while that's all

The thing is, I'm sure they're are negotiating/want big dollars for 4 teams (TFC, II, III, and the academy).
The whole shirt sponsor thing is just another sign that the apocalypse is upon us.

Kinda weird that BMO signed a 10 year long contract extension for stadium rights but nothing for kits this year....
I believe there are rules about ownership can't sponsor their teams in MLS.
