So excited about the match today. Hopefully the green team can pull off an upset.

I take it we are hoping for a Seattle triumph here. Potential home field in the final should we beat Montreal, not to mention avoiding a game at altitude...

I would prefer Seattle because they are a much more interesting team to watch. The Rapids are smash and grab 1 goal win in the altitude specialists.

Home advantage for us means a much greater chance of winning the cup. Colorado is at altitude which gives them a stronger than usual home advantage.

For so many reasons, better that the final isn't played here. Kind of dire atmosphere. Seattle not looking like it at the moment though
That's all I'll say about that.

Seattle looking pretty good so far IMO. Colorado hasn't shown much so far.

Stats say Colorado dominated that half.
    I sure didn't see it.

Seattle has had almost no ball movement in the final 3rd. They usually pass it through - they've been doing long ball which against that back 6 is just stupid.

I would love to face this Seattle team here..... Colorado with everything so far, except a goal. Sounders have nothing going forward right now.

Well I wouldn't go that far. Seattle has been playing a pretty good game up until this current match. Deadly on the counter as well, a good matchup for us. Definitely better than a Colorado away match though.
That's all I'll say about that.

I honestly think if we get past Montreal (never a given) we win the cup. We can beat both these teams.

Ok, is it just me or is this game lacking any intensity of a conference final right now??

Maybe cause I'm sober and just sitting down to my first pint, but man this is mediocre so far.

Teams are playing tight, as in wound up. No one wants to make the next mistake.
That's all I'll say about that.

Just as I write that message, Morris scores.

Colorado has to throw it all on the line now. All out attacking.

A LOOOOONG way to go to get there.

Wednesday's game is the real cup final I'd say.

Wow, Seattle scores on only their second shot. Colorado needs 2 to force extra time.

    84 minute, Rapids need 2.

Not happening the way they're playing, this game's over.
