Yeah I meant for the TFC home game.

However Montreal probably also had their plans ready to go in case they make it through to the next round. I bet we hear quite soon.

This sort of makes up for the 5-0 loss to the other NY team in 2009. :P

Well... i wouldn't go that far... I mean we did get knocked out the WCQ...
On the other hand the Women did get a bronze so it's not all bad...

You do know that MLS (League) ) had zero pull in the finalists. The decision came from the players, coachs and media members...

    So true.

This is so nice after all these years.

TFC dominated NYCFC. It was a comprehensive dismantling. Props to the players, coach, and supporters.

This feels like a good time to remind everybody that Sebastian Giovinco is not a candidate for MLS MVP.

Weird that STH weren't given a window to buy extras beforehand, I guess they figure its selling out so why discount any tickets --- I just got my invoice off of my account manager, it wasn't there yesterday.....

Maybe TFC will get A mention in the media after they report on the Jays winter training, Raptors warm up, Leafs travel plans for their next game and Tim Bits soccer league results

I have to admit,I was nervous heading into this match. The Light Blue Douchebags are tough at Yankee Stadium. And I was concerned that with Villa not getting suspended, the fix was in for us. But with Seba scoring early and often, my nerves were calmed, bigly.

Beating Montreal L'impact in the Eastern Final would be soooooo sweeeeeet!

The FS1 feed was pretty pitiful for this game. What a bunch of sad sacks. Then Lalas cracking a bad joke about Bradley not understanding the Audi Player Index.

Might be lost with the scoreline tonight but I thought it was also a very disciplined defensive performance tonight. I though Irwin looked really solid, and back to his best. Looked to have really safe hands and caught everything that came his way comfortably. (Good diving save from Lampard in the first half the highlight) Moor and Haglund were solid as ever but Zavaletta stood out at the beck for me tonight. He gets a lot of stick, sometimes deservedly, but I thought he was outstanding tonight in helping to keep NYCFC off the board.

Every single guy was on top of their game today and we dominated from the opening whistle to the last. This was the best single game performance in Toronto FC history, by a mile.
