Tickets listed at $130USD are actually $157.20USD after the "fees" are added.

For concerts, it's the time listed on the ticket.
So if the ticket says the concert starts at 7pm (i.e. the first opening act), then you can buy tickets from Stubhub right up until 7pm.

Not sure if it's the same for sporting events or not.

There's a button near the top right that allows you to look at the prices with all the fees included, it still will be in USD.
I believe the button had two vertical lines

Honestly a lot better than I imagined.
So there were fans singing songs or was it silent apart from goals and the clap

They add fees once you get to the checkout screen - think its 15%

Yup, if you're buying off Kijiji best way is to meet with the person and see them transfer the tickets from their TM account to yours. In general kijiji is super super risky for a match like this.

48 hrs out from the game is always peak price, sellers still think they will get their price. 24 hours prior to game time, sellers will get nervous and take what they can get. I thought stub hub had a feature to auto reduce ticket prices as the match gets closer. Its not a guarantee, but I have witnessed this numerous times on high demand tickets (ie 2010 Olympics)

I was there on the temp stands. It was a bit unnerving looking down between the seats. It just goes straight down, nothing to stop you from falling if it were to break. Some of the seats by the end of the game were wobbly too.
People were loud, but we weren't jumping that much as you could feel the seats wobble when you did. I'd still risk it to be there this Saturday though.

Only $1 more than they were for East Final. Face value for the temporary stand is $45 and $55. Guess they decided with the last minute nature of them and the demand that exists for tickets they decided to make the GA ones more.

I think the $45 & $55 for the temp stand was only the season seat holder price...Face value there is $75, I think $65 for the ends where its a bit obstructed.
