Im not sure why Vanney didnt start them? I know its good to be loyal to the younger players who have done the job in recent weeks, but still, you should always play your best 11. Altidore in particular would give us an option to Seba. Hamilton is too static and doesnt have the same movement
Its not even about being loyal to the younger players. Altidore and Ricketts are both fresh and this is a game where you have players on 3 days rest, they should have been put in for at least 60 min each to give the other guys a rest.
