    I fucking hate Klinsmann.

We should roll a 4-2-3-1 now. Cheyrou and someone else as DMs, call up Mannella from TFC II, Giovinco on the left and Hamilton up top.

    God help us all.

We are definitely good to let in 1 or 3 goals a game so we need to push some offence. Which means we need to involve Gio early in the build up. Can't afford to have him on an island up top. Maybe he can use that AM mind of his to pull some strings for the young guns.

That's not a bad shout, SG is going to need to play more of a role in central mf.

Think we need to trade for a centre mid now. Our only reasonable backup is Chapman.

Cheyrou has been playing well lately, but he should normally not be playing 90 minutes game after game. We have games every single Saturday over the summer, plus 3 Wednesdays thrown in. I hope he's not the next one to go down.

Other problem: Cheyrou is good, but he needs another tough & fast midfielder next to him (like Johnson or even Bradley) for defensive help. I can't think of anyone else on our roster who can play that role half decent.... ??

When the hell is Altidore back?

    We're screwed.

A 4 person midfield of Cheyrou, Osorio, Delgado and Endoh I'm thinking....not exactly liking, just thinking.

That's exactly what I'm worried about.

Beitashour back would be a huge help. Any decently-coached team would kill us down that side with Hagglund playing FB.

Hopefully Morrow marks guys a little better when crosses are coming in today. He could have prevented a goal against Vancouver with better marking if I recall.

    He was a great player.

But then he's a super-average coach IMO, and he's done a ton of bad for TFC... beginning from the point he was some kind of consultant to TFC about 4 years ago.

Except that I don't believe Klinsmann is the one that suggested to put Mariner there too.

Diskerud would be perfect, a keeper rather than short term fix. However how can we find the cap space? We seem to have an abundance of central defenders, so perhaps a trade can be made there without giving up the future? (Hagglund) Any teams short on defence with an abundance of midfielders?

Its sickening once again to not only lose Bradley for a length spell of International duty but have him come home hurt again. The USA have certainly seen the best of this player, not us...

I much prefer the idea of Seba as AM than lone striker, however he needs to realize he's not the only player on the field and use those around him more. Several times in recent weeks Endoh has worked himself into excellent attacking positions only to be ignored by Seba who'd rather try for the highlight reel goal himself

One, even two, maybe, but four or five is too much inexperience in the side.

Looking at the standings tonight really is a must win game as we've been slipping deeper and deeper below the red line. 3pts are necessary to keep us in the hunt for a playoff spot. I know many will say a point would be an accomplishment given our injury list, however sometime as a club you've got to dig deep and find a way to get the win no matter how improbable it seems. Tonight is one of those times.

    Lets go Reds!!

Probably not, but Winter was a disaster waiting to happen from the beginning anyways. To say he was naive is a compliment.

Holy moley, that line-up. Experimental isn't the right term. I guess Vanney wants to see just how shit Seattle is, and bring key players off the bench as needed.

If that lineups for real our right side is so vulnerable.

Poor Cheyrou, hope he took some tylenols, those legs are gonna ache after so many games.

Perquis starting, huh. Maybe he's not on the move.

Looks like a 3-5-2. Cheyrou and Moor getting rest. I like that Hamilton is starting, I think his partnership with Giovinco works better than Babouli.

Also, Edwards is on the bench, which I'm pretty sure means he's been signed to a first team contract. You can't play league games on a Short Term Agreement.

Just turned on the TV to discover L'impact came back from a 2-0 deficit to defeat New England 3-2. BOOOOOO!!!!!
TORONTO FC, 2017 MLS CHAMPIONS!!! (Still the greatest in league history!)
