Default Michael Bradley's Tribute to the LGBT Victims of Orlando

Nice classy touch by Michael Bradley in the USA game last night - wearing a rainbow captain's armband to honour the victimes of Orlando. By making it Rainbow colours instead of the usually black armband is being appreciated by the LGBT community.

That was great to see as we are all humans made of blood, skin, sweat and tears. Mad props.

noted this yeah. I love love that he uses the armband as a 'thing' ... ours with the TO city style, etc. Personality.

My understanding is that there's going to be a wide display of National (transnational in our case) solidarity and support across the league this weekend. I'm assuming this is the type of thing we'll see a lot of at the very least.

MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto

Do captains actually get to pick the armbands they wear? Honest question.

Now this is props from the top.

You don't have to be LGBT to stand with the LGBT community. We all have a stake in equality. Thank you, Michael.
