Another game where we have to hope we don't need to make a sub? Or do we get Delgado and Osorio back?

Just one of those unfortunate days of past years when the Crew rolled into town. Looking forward to Saturday and the 3 pts. for the Reds, just have a feeling about this.

I think we are going to learn some truths about where things are for TFC. Would really like to see them play like it's a home game rather than more like a road performance.

opening things up is exactly the reason we've dropped points the last two games. We're refusing to protect the fullbacks to the same extent we were before, and it's costed us quite at least 3 of the 5 goals we've given up over the last two games. A little more balance is what I'd prefer.

good point, definitely there is a change in approach between last few games and the first ones. The thing is, JA did a lot of defensive work in the early games, returning to something more like that will miss his contributions.

Poor, poor Columbus. Just look at them now. Languishing near the bottom of the East with only 10 point after 10 games, they haven't won a game since their 1-0 home result against Houston way back on April 23rd. And they're away record is horrible with 3 loses, 2 draws, and not a single win on the road. TFC, on the other hand, is tied with Philly for 3rd place in the East with 15 points and a record of 4-4-3.

Weather at kick-off is expected to be partly sunny with a high of 18-19 degrees in the afternoon. We're also expecting sunny and mild weather coming into the match, so that means good opportunities to practise outside. Columbus has been experiencing similar weather, though, so no real advantage on that end for TFC. Anyway, TFC are the favourites here, even with a shaken-up roster thanks to Altidore's injury. Would love to see us blank them something like 3-0, but Kamara and Higuain are obvious threats. Arguably, Meram and Finlay as well. If we contain them, they don't have a lot of good offensive options left.

Either way, TFC should be playing for a solid win. I think we are well capable of it at home against a team like Columbus right now.

As per a CBus journo, Tchani is still out injured. Without Tchani, CBus' already shaky defence has had issues.

we will win for sure then.....last week's loss was because of the heritage kit, and although we were in full red on Wednseday, the soccer fairy only awarded us with a pont, just to make sure TFC learned their lesson.....all looks to be forgiven by the soccer fairy for tomorrow.....

How safe is it to lock up my expensive bike to the gate at BMO? Are there cops walking around that area during the game?

I've done it quite a few times. Never had any problems. There's security and cops around the stadium during the game.

Security and cops? Well your bike will be ticketed for some violation and get a 208 to be entered into the database. But safe, indeed.

Osorio is available according to Vanney. Great news, but Oso really needs to step up and make an impact on the score sheet.

Thank you for sharing an image of this travesty of a playing kit. Is there a worse one anywhere else in the world?

What kind of peyote would you have to be gobbling to think this was OK?

It still doesn't make our horrible heritage kit look acceptable. But this pissed-stained affair must cause all sorts of outrage - especially with the poor fans at other stadiums who get to see it.
