I was reminded of something Nelsen said - a locker room is full of alpha males and part of the manager's job is to assuage all those alpha males so they buy into what the team wants to do.

Really liked that, apprecaite what they have gone through to start the season, man planes, hotels etc can be a drain, week in, week out. Man was it was fun to be in the building for two of those victories. Man the home opener at BMO can not come soon enough.
