Thanks for sharing the pic. I miss those days, for the sheer excitement and energy at BMO. Looking back those teams sucked bad but the experience on game day was unreal. Reminds me of the "porno board" (thanks Simon). Ahh those were the days. lol

Look at all of that crap coming up from the turf.

As great as it was to see Dichio poke home that first-ever goal at BMO Field, it was arguably an even better moment when he knocked in a fabulous, swivelling last-minute volley to earn a dramatic draw in the final home game of that first season.

Brought the house down and instigated a wonderful, joyous pitch invasion after the final whistle. I was out there bouncing on the turf with my son and some friends and we were laughing our asses off and having the time of our lives.

It was a big moment in bonding a lot of people to the club. I miss the giggling hilarity from streamers flying in on opposition corner kicks. Wonderful, harmless fun.

And Marvell Wynne was just a hoot to watch. Centre of gravity in his ankles, great wheels, set up a fabulous goal against Colorado with a run down the wing, a nutmeg and a smart pass that Dichio scored from with his knee or thigh.

That terrible team gets better and better as time passes.

My favorite memory of Andy Welsh. One of the strongest memories for me of our first season. That was a special game.

I was lucky enough to have one of my sons at the opener, and the other present at the closing match. I'll never forget that and I hope they won't either - fantastic times.
