Well they should be on a high on their opener AND that performance v Chicago. There will be goals.

Great song choice for what should be an exciting and very challenging match.
My prediction 1-1.
This game is one I've been waiting for since October. It's their home opener and they are flying high. I expect a statement game from the guys who were with the team last October. Seba will have extra motivation after what happened post match. Drogba won't have such an easy time with our back line. I expect Moor and Perquis to play him tight. The one that worries me is Piatti. This has all the makings of game of the week. I'm saying 3-2 TFC.
Holy shiteballs... Half Moon Run on the RPB boards?! I remember first hearing them a couple years ago on The Signal on CBC Radio 2, track called 21 Gun Salute.
Them and The Strumbellas are destined to really breakout this year.
I'm not optimistic.
Montreal is probably the most complete team in MLS so far. Only real weakness they have is that Drogba is not match fit yet.
It'll be interesting to see how TFC defence performs. Drogba creates so much room for Piatti to explore space. Piatti can hurt you in so many ways if you give him a little bit of room. He's just as dangerous as Drogba.
Even Kyle Bekker is flourishing under Biello. And TFC doesn't do very well at the Cheese Factory. 2-1 Mtl.
“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.
I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’
And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

I'm not optimistic either. Not due to TFC problems, I think things are coming together nicely. But rather, Mtl seems to have a lot going right and it will be too much to handle. 3-1 Mtl.
I've seen some people say this could be a high scoring game. If TFC can put in 2 or more, that will make me happy even if on the losing end of final score.
There should be no lack of motivation on our part for this one. Now that we have a competent back line and a solid goalkeeper, we might be able to earn a result this time.
I get the feeling that this one is going to hinge on containing Drogba and Piatti. I think our much improved defence will be able to mostly control Drogba and Bradley and Johnson will tag-team Piatti. Still, it's their house and you have to respect it and the energy the fans bring. I don't think they'll win if they bring a 4-4-2 - Vanney needs to bring back the 4-3-3. I'm thinking 1-1 if TFC is lucky, 1-2 if they're not.
None of the guys on the team last year are going to forget being embarrassed in Montreal, Seba isn't going to forget getting into it with an impact fan after the game and the new additions are not going to take the 1st chance they have to play in front of a large mass of supporters lightly.
To make it simple: This isn't just another game.
And the ref is....for now..Ted Unkel.
He sent off the wrong guy last week.
I would like to see Vanney go with a similar formation to the one used last week vs DC United. Seems like a good strategy to contain both Drogba and Piatti
*I swear I meant to say DC instead of New England. Brain fart when posted

I think if the Reds are able to shut down Bekker on Saturday they may pick up points. You never know !!!

Predicting a draw actually. At some point they're not going to win at home and I think we stop them.
I'd like to point out that TFC has only allowed 5 goals so far this season - tied best in the league.
This will be our toughest game yet, but with this defense, I feel like we can manage a draw.

I think this game is going to be a goal fest, it ends either 2-2 or 3-3.. MTL gets a weak pk to tie it, with Drogba falling due to a gust of wind and gets the call
I have a feeling we're going to lose, mostly because we're going to try to sit back and be defensive and hit on the counter, but Montreal is going to swarm too much and we're not going to be able to. Hoping I'm wrong.
2-0 or 2-1 Limp'Act.
I don't see us winning, possibly a draw, but I hope post game we are talking football and tactics and not the ref's performance..
Forecast calls for a high of 12 Celsius and sunny on Saturday, though I'm guessing by kick-off time it may drop a few degrees. I think most people are aware of Montreal's current form this season - They are leading the East with 12 points and a record of 4-2-0, and coming off a 2-1 road win against Chicago last Saturday. That said, TFC's starting to climb up the standings as well with the road win against DC. Either way, they're probably gonna be our toughest opponent thus far in the season. Would love to see a high scoring game like GoodSon mentioned above, but not entirely sure that's gonna be in the cards.
Hope we fucking trounce them, though. I love seeing TFC win in Montreal. It's almost as good as seeing them win at home.

2-1 win for the good guys, maybe even 3.
Seba is due for a monster game.
I see a 2-0 win for TFC, this will be a statement game for our defence.
