Bez was at the Marlies game with his family at the ACC last weekend sitting at the front of my section... didn't seem appropriate to pester him while out with his family tho.

anybody know whats going on with Ben Spencer...seems like he is not with the team anymore?
We signed him on loan when he had a long term injury, he was only rehabbing with TFC II, and now we acquired the right of first refusal for him. I'm unsure as to whether he's still injured or not, but I don't believe the plan was ever for him to actually play with TFC II. He's trying to make it in Europe, and if he does (or doesn't) we have his negotiating rights if he returns to MLS in the future.
its jus strange that a few weeks ago he had tfc has his club on his twitter and now he has no club afflilation on his twitter account.
Flamini of Arsenal whose contract is up this season is looking to talk to a few MLS teams about signing . He's French , but 32 .

All right Bez, let's get the ball rolling here. Jesse Marsch admitted he's considering bringing someone in to help at CB:
Realistically, Hagglund is not going to break into the first team here. Williams and Zavaleta are ahead of him and if Simonin was healthy he'd be ahead of him too. No use loaning him to TFC II because then you're just stunting the development of Thomas, Taintor and others. The only minutes he'll get this year are maybe in the Voyageurs Cup or through a truly awful injury crisis. Now, as for that center back situation: On Saturday night, Chris Duvall, who had never started at center back at any level in his career, became the fifth person to start at that position for New York this season. On Sporting’s second goal of the night, Duvall was too easily turned by Dom Dwyer, yet another harsh moment for the Red Bulls’ central defenders.
With Gideon Baah (hamstring) and Damien Perrinelle (ACL) still injured, Marsch wouldn’t rule out looking outside of the team for help.
“When we built this team specifically for this year, we’ve done it in a way with a little room where if we need to make improvements in areas we can look to do that,” Marsch said. “The early parts of the season have highlighted the fact that maybe we don’t have enough depth and strength in that position, and so it’s something we’re considering in terms of looking at outside [options].
I'm sure Red Bulls have some allocation to spare, and we obviously need it considering we don't even have the cap space to sign Ricketts, who'd probably command a 100k salary or less (not that I really want him). Seems like a win-win for everyone here.
I refuse to accept that Rickets is the answer to our wide problem. Dangling Hagglund is smart but I do see upside in him. Be nice to trade him, more TAM, & possibly Lovitz to someone for a wide player.
we need a cheaper jackson
the prob is that BEZ cant seem to find a cheaper good value player.he seems to overpay and cut them 6 months later,,paging Molenshtain..lol
I don't want Jackson anywhere near our team ever again. The opportunity for him to come in and act like he did in Montreal is waaaay too high. Guys like that don't learn. Let him go and move on.
I'd rather go with some kid who doesn't use an INT spot.
Jackson, and I say this as a guy who liked him for a chunk of last season, is Creavalle with a temper.
Sorry guys, it's been awhile since I've seen a first name in here. Are we talking about Tosaint Ricketts currently trying to get his game back with the Eddies in NASL? As much as I'm rooting for him he's got a ways to go before an MLS offer would be as high as 100K, no?
FORMER FULL TIME KOOL-AID DRINKER
Personally id rather keep Hagglund. All he needs is an experienced centre half to talk him through games as he learns his trade. He has the physique and raw ability to have a great career, and im feed up with TFC trading their future prospects.
You are bang on Woolfe - would keep Hagglund & see how he develops as an understudy to a proper back 4. He can now learn how to do it right.
