I hope this isn't the case, but you are probably right. There are tickets available on the impact website though and they aren't that expensive. Just get tickets on that website in any section and join us in the away section. I still think we will easily have 300 Toronto fans at this game making it a safe and enjoyable trip!

Yeah, they definitely did. Maybe because it's a whole new procedure they've kind of dropped the ball, or maybe they over-extended their allocation and wanted to weed people out?

Or they could be purposely making it as difficult as possible to get tickets in an effort to lower the number that would travel.

I agree. I highly doubt Jermain was delaying the process on his own accord, likely just the messanger on this matter. But yes the Impact FO I feel after last year decided that in their mind the section less full and thus empty seats was better than the alternative.

Couldn't they just limit allocation off the hop then?

You're right, that's what I thought too. At this point it's a gamble to wait for them. If anyone's trying to get tickets, might as well get it from their website.

I should add that I doubt this is Jeremie's idea, it has to be the MLS or the Impact FO.

Yeah guys I've met Jeremie and he's a nice enough guy who in the past has done an excellent job for us but regardless who's ultimate decision it was to provide lacklustre service to the away support he is our interaction point. He's got my praise in the past (truly), he gets the blame this time.

Trying to grab a pair of tickets for the game this weekend (April 23) in Montreal. I have checked the Impact website and they do not show tickets available. The odd single ticket but in the higher priced sections. Nothing for 112 or anywhere in the vicinity. Called the Impact ticket off but was an exercise in futility. Left and message there also but no return phone call. Any help would be great appreciated.

Is it really sold out already? This promises for a super fan game day experience. I think some of you guys might need to reply on buying tickets off of scalpers at this point. I hope not but it might be the case.

Also it is pretty scarce on StubHub, being that only 49 tickets are listed starting at $60US.

Saputo opener, drogba is back and the lower part of 112 was sold out 6 weeks ago.

This is going to be a full house.

Wow...bussing out the supporters. I don't know whether to be impressed or shocked. Didn't they do that for the big Impact group that came in October 2014 to BMO?

I was there for the playoff loss and I noticed walking to the stadium from the subway there are a lot of blind spots where people could in theory wait to cause trouble with away fans especially in the evening when it is dark out.... I applaud the Impact for this as when we left the stadium after that humiliating loss, I had a 6 Impact fans try and start something with my brother and I and if it wasn't for the police it would have gotten ugly.

OK Road Warriors! We're almost there.

The away supporter docs are pretty standard other than the willcall ticket thing and the extra provisions with the bus etc.
But maybe try to travel a bit lighter than usual on match day to avoid extra hassles.

See you at McLean's. Be proactive and get a metro ticket at any of the stations so we're not all lined up at machines when we head out.

    Bring your voices!!

I was able to pick up a couple of singles in the navy blue section.

What are the chances I can roll in with the rest of the group in 112?

A heads up on this idea that everyone squeezes into 112 - they are forming a wall of security around the upper part of 112 to contain the 200 supporters that went through their hoops of being identified. According to Montreal reps on the conference call yesterday, if you bought your tickets outside of those 200 seats then you will have to be in your assigned seat as the entire stadium is sold out. They also have fired the old security company and now have a new security detail that wont be as lenient.

So that means that people who bought tickets outside of the upper 112 won't be able to get on the buses out of the stadium either?

The buses are for the people at the top of 112 but if spots are available others may be able to hop on. The majority of people who are outside upper 112 will be doing the walk back to Viau metro station.

I guess with 4 buses and 200 fans the buses will be full with the official away tickets. We're in lower 112 and plan just to cover up leaving the stadium and getting the subway back downtown

How is it smart to have Toronto fans sit in their designated seats if they bought outside the away section? I'm not going to sit in a section full on Montreal fans cheering for Toronto, me and my friends would feel completely unsafe and surely fights are going to break out.

Not to be rude, but you bought those tickets for those seats. People should've been aware that the supporters section would be strictly monitored and they wouldn't be allowed to go to any seat at their pleasure.

How is it smart to have Toronto fans sit in their designated seats if they bought outside the away section? I'm not going to sit in a section full on Montreal fans cheering for Toronto, me and my friends would feel completely unsafe and surely fights are going to break out.
All legit points but as Justin has pointed out, your seats are your seats and that isn't IMFC's direct fault - I do think the way they are handling away tickets is irresponsible and atrocious but that's another story.

But as we all know due to the nature of how the Impact has handles away tickets, a number of people bought tickets in the lower half of 112. I hope they are foresight, thus being prepared to react when they a see a sea of Red throughout the entitre section, in and outside of the secruity perimeter.

We are in the lower 112 section. Four of us. Our first road trip. I have a feeling there will be a lot of red surrounding us even in the lower section. We plan on meeting as many of you as possible at McLeans before the game.

I'm so glad I'm not going... MTL makes it so difficult to enjoy the game. Everything about them is ass backwards.
