and the PR dept are still talking about the irwin trade.it must be a secret camp i guess..but im sure i will know when my next payment is due.
Media at preseason today. Any players provided to the media are not on the transfer market.
Not sure how much of a fan I am with the Reds playing college and PDL teams in the pre-season. There is opportunity in places like Tucson to play MLS, European etc . The Carolina Challenge Cup was cancled this year due to having trouble getting enough teams to take part.

Anyone know if TFC will have any games open to the public the week of Feb 14th in Orlando? I happen to be flying to Orlando for that week, so would be cool to see them in pre-season.
I'll consider them training in the same locale as the callups for US v Canada as a possible plus.
That's not a confirmation that the full squad will have time together but this schedule makes it easy as possible for it to happen.
As to the lack of consistent preseason tournament city hosts I think its pretty focused on spotlighting future MLS areas. Carolina was moved away from to concentrate on Disney mickey mouse tourney for Orlandos benefit but now that they are in the league all the focus is now moved to Tucson. Not a future site of the MLS per say but the general area is one MLS has been courting.

New kit numbers!
Clint Irwin - #1
Drew Moor - #3
Clement Simonin - #13
Steven Beitashour - #33
Heard that Will Johnson might be #7.
Armen, could you just give a quick number for the amount of journo's there today? Seemed up a bit over last season - it looked like 10+.
About this many's worth:
I wasn't there though! Could be more.
Just saw Seba at bloor and Bay. I wonder how early they're starting their days to be done their 2 a days before 2 PM.
Anteater Stadium, awesome!
Yes and Seba lives in Yorkville, in the residences of the Four Seasons Hotel.
Well, early days yet, but I'm always happy to see players displaying any signs of intelligence. A sign of greater coachability.
And Irwin, Moor and Beitashour all come across as bright, well-spoken individuals in the media interview clips issued on the TFC website. Unlike, say, Wayne 'Errrmm, Yeah, Like' Rooney, Irwin has broadcast-quality speaking skills. With their strong MLS experience, I'm quietly optimistic of good things to come this season.

Funny story from Larson about some beep test shenanigans... apparently Endoh cheated slightly in lasting the longest. Still, sounds like he wasn't kidding in saying he had an engine like Bradley.
