They are looking at options right now. Nothing has been decided.

Extra playoff tickets go on sale Wednesday so they must know their configuration already.

I doubt they will add anything before the later stages, maybe only if the MLS Cup is at BMO.

extra playoff tickets are for the non-season seats. SSH gets first crack, then gen pop the next day - likely through the Toronto Til I Die mailing list.

Likely, yes. I got a call from DC United asking if I wanted seasons for next year in the new stadium.

Does anyone know when they will be installing the new temporary seats under the scoreboard? Curious to see what they look like.

But if TFC advances to the conference final, will those seats not be in the way of the end zone for the Argos playoff game?

I believe the extra seats are on the concourse, not the field level section.

I can't see it being permanent. They also had a similar suite in the empty corner beside 127.

I thought the temp seating in the north looked pretty good.

Much better than the jungle behind the south end last season.

Hopefully they can build it quickly after the Argos wrap up their playoff game.

They don't have to take it down for the Argos its behind the endzone on the part of the concourse inside the gates.

Why is a huge Argos logo currently being painted at midfield?
Wasn't one of the promises the club made no on field logos?
    What's next? Artificial turf?
If it's gone without a trace by our home match, then it's no huge deal. But my biggest fear is artificial turf reappearing. What if the field is torn to shreds sunday?

Wasn't the no markings deal for regular season games? Playoffs/Grey Cup were a different kettle of fish?

It was gone without a trace 3 days after the Grey Cup Final last year.

There's 9 days now rest between the games this year.

    People need to chill out

I don't think being legalistic about this is the way to go.

When you look at all the groundsharing fiascos out there, and then you see how it's gone here.... Kurt is right, ownership have earned our trust on this.

Well other than the green pain macarading as grass during the final last year...

I'll compromise on the permanent signage promise that was broken.
But the line has to be drawn somewhere. MLSE specifically promised no logos on field. Promise broken.
Who knows if we were playing on a sole-use field last year, rather than painted dirt in the final, if the result would've been different.
Management has earned our trust for the regular season. They haven't for the playoffs.
Anyways. All of this belongs in the BMO pitch thread I guess.

Am I missing something? Who cares if they painted logos if they're completely gone by the time TFC plays?

Exactly. If there's an Argos logo on the pitch next weekend when TFC plays then it's a promise broken. Until then .....
