Awesome pics. Really like the perspective from the go station.

If I drive by bmo field soon I will take a perspective frm the highway. That would be cool to see too.

This decent December weather should help the construction schedule.

Given the height of the east stand I would suggest anybody in the first 15 or so rows will definitely still get wet in the rain.

I'm sorry guys but as much as I love to look in on the construction as I work my way across the Gardiner, this 3 sided design just doesn't inspire much of a "new" feel.

Seems more like a recycled version of this:

They are installing a baseball diamond at BMO? Sweet!

As ugly as this stadium looks, I always kind of like looking at these pictures from the historical perspective.

There's not a single sport that would have been fun to watch at that stadium. The hilarious part is that the only seats that were protected from the elements for baseball, were also by far the cheapest.

Yup and of course rain doesn't drop straight down , there will be less running for the inside cover hopefully .

As for social media, don't mind them... It's an organization run by the old, catered to the old.

You know what could make the three sided stadium work a little better? A wall. When you look at Braga's stadium it's only three sides but at least you keep the closed environment via the rock wall

Isn't Braga's stadium only two sided, surrounded by rock and hills? That stadium is a beautiful spectacle and a special case, definitely not a tin can BMO Field facing...nothing.

I'm sorry but that looks awful. These guys should be the new stadium sponsor considering how ridiculous the stadium will look.

Its like if a dude just worked out their right arm and neglected the other, looks completely ridiculous.
