From what I understand The Community change rooms (used by community teams using the field, as well as the for the TFC Players escorts, flag bearers, and ball kids) have been turned into Argo change rooms.

no articles, just info I have heard in conversations with the FO. TFC Change room will remain as is. Red. no worries there.
I've been told the Argos have a massive new change room under sect 104,105,106, the workers store their tools by it under 104 right now. There will be a special tunnel out to the field so it doesn't impact viewing. no real impact on TFC.
I believe CFL visitors is under the west side - converting some current rooms into a much larger space.
Anyone know if the TFC locker room is being renovated? Could use an update.
i've talked to some people at MLSE and "longer term plan" is to eventually have some small stand in north that a) rolls off/on for argo/tfc switch over or b) retracts out from a wall in north end ... but the focus this year is completing the current renovation, then prepare to add 12000 temporary seats in the fall.
I'd wager cell reception at BMO Field may be better than in the past.
You probably mean 1200 seats. (in the north end) I believe the north stand held just over 1,000 seats and add to that abut 500 temporary bleacher seats at ground level behind the goal for a total of 1,500. Would be great if they could accommodate 1,200 seat in a reconfigured north end.
i got the sense it wouldn't even be that (~ 500-1000) ... again this is 2017 onwards.
They are totally focused on the finishing the construction, hired a bunch of people for the argos rollout/grey cup, and temporary stands they have to add starting septemberish.

New Capacity with open Noth End is approx 28,000. Need to have 40 plus for the Grey Cup and Winter Classic so there must be Temp stands going in at the North and South ends for the bigger events
Cross beam is going up over the west stand roof.
that cross beam looks solid. Hope they remove the support structures soon
I went for a walk around BMO this morning and took pics, but had a hell of a time with this message boards photo/file uploaded thing (tried re sizing images, no luck, gave up)
Here's a link I came across just now on the MLS Reddit page.

does anyone remember what the cover will be made of?
for some reason I remember it being some sort of fabric material.
Try uploading to imgur.
I can not wait to hear how the roof will make us sound louder and to see how much it will hold the smoke.
yeah I know that there will be more work done on bmo every 3 to 5 years they are never going to be done. There going to be missing the season ticket and game ticket money from the northend. I can see them making plans to copy the southend for the northend if the argos do well.
Some pics I took from Thurs Jan 21:

Works on Firefox. Thanks for those.
Shouldn't be too long now before the sign showing bargain ticket pricing features the Argos. The downside to that strategy is that if they sell Argos seats at the desperately low price points needed to half fill the stadium, MLSE will face demands from TFC fans looking for similar bargains. It's a slippery slope.
Oh, and cameraman; useful pics and thanks for that, but don't be shy about getting closer to your subject. Details are good, too.
