Default Montreal - Orlando (TFC in p******s?) Thread.

    Tie tie tie tie tie
MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto

we already have a thread for games like these...
“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.

I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’

And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

I haven't posted (or visited) this board in a very long time (years), but I'm feeling nostalgic with this possible watershed moment. Fingers crossed!

Yeah still not aboard the Montreal should win thing. Orlando is 8 points back with the same amount of games. We do not want Montreal anywhere near us

Montreal plays 4 games away on the trot. If Orlando win tonight, they are in serious contention for that final spot. I'm good with that.

Starting a thread about a game that might get us into the pleyawfs is as bad as using the word pleyawfs.

To me Columbus v New York/Jersey is more important. We need to climb past columbus to get a home game.

No help from the Limp Act. Oh well, Orlando needs to win all their remaining games and TFC to get no more points to keep TFC out. In the long run this may be better because now the Limpact lose their game in hand.

While I would have liked to clinch the spot tonight, I have no regrets about seeing the Limp Act lose. Fuck them.

This. also now understand why we wanted a tie. Wish this had been explained to me in greater detail before.

No clinch tonight, but now we need just 1 point from our next three games, or Orlando needs to draw or lose either of their remaining two and we clinch.

Montreal loses the game in hand they had on us so we have a 1 game cushion on them now.
