I don't understand the mentality either, like are people so fucking lazy on a Saturday they roll out of bed like 30min before the game.

It's like Robbie Findley is allergic to scoring goals.

Giovinco is apparently our best defender, too.

Twenty minutes in, stadium still half empty. People who think these "sellouts" are respectable are delusional.

Lucky someone didn't capitalize there. Only in MLS would you see a 3 on 1 not even lead to a shot

I see this with people in general- not just sporting events. It's somehow considered uncool to arrive somewhere on time at a scheduled time. Could it be the younger demographic (if they are indeed younger)? I say this because in my early 20's my friends would always show up late to events, and now in my later 20's the person arriving late is the outlier.

The annoying part regarding TFC (or other sports) is people will arrive late and blame traffic or transit. The amount of traffic never actually changes. People just never plan for it and act surprised that they are ever stuck in it.

Get back from the beach just before kickoff, go to the kitchen to pour myself a sweet cold glass of coke zero, come back and it's 1-0 just minutes in.

    fucks sakes.

Arriving late is definitely a Toronto thing more so than a kids thing. It's not like other cities have these problems and the demographic of the fans is similar

I've been to a grand total of three games at BMO in nine years because I live in Alberta; and in each case, I was in a hotel downtown; and in each case, I was in my seat with beer and snacks ten minutes before kickoff. It's just bullshit. People want to know why Toronto teams always lose? Their harshest critics don't even care to get there on time.

This club is actually hilarious regarding our goalkeepers. I think only once did our initial backup deserve to overtake our starter and that was Frei over Sutton. And even then, Frei was brought in to replace Sutton- so not even intended as a backup. Look at our history...

    Frei overtakes Sutton
    Kocic overtakes Frei
    Bendik over Frei/Kocic
    Konopka over Bendik

We have progressively opted for a worse option than the previous keeper. Are we surprised we've hit rock bottom in this position?

Lmao, if Osorio had more than a 6 inch vertical that'd be his goal.

Giovinco is playing with a bunch of scrubs. He can't rely on anyone on this team, so he defies physics and does it all himself. He is too good for this team.

We're playing well in the mid. Both Osorio and Giovinco have been given license to roam, it looks like.

I'm almost positive that is Oso's goal, but he'll let Gio take it.
