No, he was the only MLS ref, that's all. He did ok, but he stunk so badly at the Gold Cup in Mexico v Panama that they've launched a review of concacaf officiating.

Bednik is a keeper for people who know nothing of the game. His positioning is awful, his distribution is awful, and I'd suspect his communication with the backline is poor too.
