I am going. I support Manchester United so being able to see some ex-players and maybe get some stuff signed is a good reason for me to go.

I am going, since I am missing the July 18th game vs. Philly, if I did not it would be over a month without a game at BMO. At $20 a ticket it was fine by me.

Wonder how ticket sales are going....
This will be a good game for TFC2 players and potentially someone coming back from injury (Caldwell, Bloom).
I'd rather not see any of our first teams guys out there. Especially with us already being 4 guys down due to the Gold Cup.
Imagine 1 or two of our guys get injured in this match? we are now 5-6 starters out. That would be very bad football business IMO.
seeing as we have a game 3 days later (MLS), do you think we will even field a half decent squad? is it worth going to?

no idea what the details are
The pizza pizza deal is over. It was just in certain outlets and just for yesterday.
On Stub Hub you can get tickets for just over $20 dollars each.
Better deals on Ebay, I've seen 2 in 111 for $20 and 10 tickets for $130 in 133.
Ebay prices are in US dollars from Toronto based sellers.

I just went on ticketmaster. Only a few left in the southend. I am assuming only the lower bowl will have people in it as upper decks on both sides can't be sold out?
The pointlessness of this match knows no bounds.
From the KTG this morning via TFC twitter
Sunderland are coming here after playing two games in Sacramento.
First game was against Pachuca from Mexico, the Mexicans won that game 3-1.
The next game was against Sacramento Republic who play in the USL.
Here are the highlights...
***EDIT***
I got it backwards, they played Sacramento first then Pachuca on the 18th.

How many of you are willing to toss your Defoe shirts onto the field as soon as the match begins?
Is this on tv? Wouldn't go to the match, but it might be interesting to watch a few youngsters play.
Don't believe so.
Part of me wants a good crowd so Defoe can hear how much we slant him for his poor contract ethics. The other part wants us to show MLSE that fans don't give a shit about these mid-season friendlies that only cost us the risk of injury and fatigue.
MLSE must see TFC compared to the Raptors/Leafs and think there's a lack of games played (ticket sales) so they've gotta up it to gain more revenue. In reality they need to continue making a quality squad so they can hit nearly 40,000 tickets sold each game.
Why on earth are people going to this?
John Molinaro @JohnMolinaro 14m14 minutes ago Altidore is fine. They're just managing his training session. Doesn't sound like he'll play tonorrow. #TFC
That will probably disappoint a couple of people in Sunderland and make a few people on the internet happy to have their narrative confirmed.
Arrived a training a few moments ago up at KIA.

A team vs A team. Since it's not what we'll see tmw, what are everyone's thoughts on how that game would turn out?
A team vs A team? Well we have the best player on the pitch without question. The issue comes from your bottom 3 or 4 starters and your subs which is why i would see a hard fought draw or a 1 goal loss.
Torontofc.ca is streaming the game.
Every minute Giovinco plays in these friendlies is like a slap in the face after he didn't suit up in the first leg vs. Montreal
