I have no comment for this; I just think your user name is pretty damn awesome.

I don't think he expects to be picked by the National team and if he does, I don't think we would see him go back to Europe.
If he gets picked to the Italian NT, it'll prove that playing in the MLS can get him to international success.

I also think Bradley, Altidore and the USMNT could play a big role in him staying here as well.
If the USMNT can continue to excel on the world stage and beat big teams in meaningful games, not just friendlies - it'll show him that playing in the MLS can keep you match fit and ready for international play

The other part of why he wouldn't go is the quality of life in Toronto. he's a family man and this city plays really well for him to play football, get paid properly, live life like a baller hanging with Snoop Dogg and have a quiet family life all at the same time.

I don't understand who this appeals to. I mean TFC generally does a great job with marketing but with Sebastian they have just been so shit at it, this just comes off as Micky mouse
edit: nvm evidently it appeals to one John molinaro

I'm sure the little guys (kids) will like it, don't think it was meant to appeal to us supporters.

While I understand people like FIFA you really shouldnt pay much attention to their rating system. Id personally suggest Football manager as they actually have a world wide scouting network that some pro's also utilize.

Yeah, a profile pic on an obscure supporters group forum vs a professionally developed video/TV ad presenting him as the next coming of Messi :P

That's so we'll be all happy about the brown muddy pitch after the Argos play on it... perhaps that's what you meant.

It's enjoyable. So much negativity with regards to everything TFC/MLSE does. Just enjoy it for what it is.. a great piece of art.

The video was fun and is obviously timed with Italian Heritage Day.

Fifa ratings are relevant to those who play FIFA. A fun game. That's all. Accurate like the actual National team rankings.

I wouldn't equate an avatar with anything but being a fan of the pic or player.

I feel like FIFA ratings are just meant to be a rough outline for the skill of the player tbh

Well that's just ridiculous. If you watch this league and support it you'd want the best playing here. If he plays at a higher level than anyone else in this league (and he certainly makes a case for it) I hope he performs as such and then passes it on to make the players around him raise their level.

It's an obvious if not stated strategy of this league and any new league like it.
