This was Team of the Week for the 8th time this season. That list was for Player of the Week. I'm not sure it has been announced for last week yet.

This is will be massive for him, regardless if he gets any playing time. I hope he says healthy.
Italy plays Malta on the 3rd and Bulgaria on the 6th. Giovinco would miss our away match against Seattle on the 5th. Not the worst game to miss. Might even help our case a little bit in terms of trying to hang on to Altidore and Bradley for that one.
Would be huge for him and the league as a whole. I hope he does get the call.

Anyone have an injury update ? Hope this is not serious.
Adductor strain, he will still travel with Italy to the Euro qualifiers, so it's not that bad. Remains to be seen if he's healthy enough to play or not, he'll be evaluated when he gets there.
