    Default MLS Week 16

anyone know what is going on in montreal.

This is the 4th home impact game i've watched and they barely have 4000 people in the park for all of them.

They will start coming back when the hockey is over and when they realize that the Impact are a decent squad.

Go to see the Crew spanked in there game last night. Just another average team in a below average city.

Watched the Montreal/Vancouver game last night. Sub-par performance from the Shitecaps. Barring too many key injuries this season, absolutely, no reason why the Reds can't finish with the highest point total of the three Canadian teams.
    That being said...

They only show up when they're winning. Bandwagoners through and through.

Yup. The most fickle fan base in professional sports. 60,000 fans show up for the CCL final, and then 5,000 show up for a regular season match against a Canadian rival. Go figure.

NYRB lost last night, good result for us. With a draw today we tie with them on points, but with less games played. 3rd place in the East is sounding pretty good about now.

    Great week for us.

    -NE loses to Portland
    -Crew loses to Mtl
    -Union loses to NYC
    -NYRB loses to Houston

The only thing that worries me is Orlando City after they beat the Fire 3-2.

On second thought, Montreal may be on the way up too.

^ need to win against MTL.

MTL is actually having a really good PPG since they have like 6 games in hand compared to DC

If we are good enough to beat DCU away without Bradley and only with 10 minutes of Alitdore, we should be good enough to beat Montreal at home with a full roster.

I expect 9 points from those 3 games - would not be surprised by a blip against either the Impact or DCU.

But we should get through that week with 9 more points.

    Toledo is on FIRE!
Hands out the third straight red card of the game, second one to San Jose.

    Both games today end 0-0.

Second game San Jose and Dallas, Toledo MOM for handing out three straight reds.
Don't think that will be topped this season but I'm sure some refs will try.
