Thought the same. To me, this means Hamilton isn't starting. My guess is something like this:
-------------Moore
-------------Osorio
Lovitz---Warner--Bradley----Dalgado
Morgan-Hagglund-Zavaleta-Creavalle
---------------Roberts
(or as a 4-2-3-1 with Lovtiz & Dalago playing higher up)
The captain stays in and the rest of the 1st team players stay on the bench in case of emergency. Eventually bring Hamilton on for Moore and Chapman in for Warner/Osorio.

I would like to see Hamilton up front with Moore and Mannella in the mid with Ossorio or Chappers
Leave Bradley on the bench use him if it starts to get out of hand

i want to see all DP's sitting...i really dont care for this, we need to concentrare on on MLS this season. Give the kids a chance
Exactly, we have signed these young players on MLS contracts, we should play them and see how far they are from a start on the first team.
And if they win through to the final they should play, they will have earned it
Play the kids. I could care less about these games, want the league success.
Yeah, I'm inclined to let the reserves play this entire tournament and let the chips fall where they may. The league results are far more important to the health of this franchise at this point.
I guess I'd be ok with that. Just don't get blown out in the first leg !
Usually it's the away team that has an obligation to play their stars .. but idk.
I'm surprised how little you guys care about CCL qualification ..
The young players will get their chance during the Gold Cup and when we get hit with more injuries.
Plus, we pretty much have the playoffs locked up at this point.

whole point of this is to win concacaf
we cant get there by winning MLS
so CCL has more importance in my eyes.
We need an away goal and to not get blown out. This is about not losing it before next week. I would prefer a big win, but even a 2-1 loss is not too bad. 3-2 is as good as a draw.
I suspect Gio didn't travel as they want a healthy, rested Gio to "wow" the crowd at the home opener. That, and an injury to him in Montreal would be a less than ideal situation for the opener for them. Lets face it, a lot of people are showing up on Sunday to see him play.
As much as I'd like to the MLS play offs, I don't want to go 4 years without CONCACAF football. As as fan, it's the best experience the team has to offer.
So I am looking at the projected starting 11 for tonight on the TFC website and here I am thinking that Dike will get some time in the game. Guess I missed that little tidbit that he was loaned to the USL. Hamilton and Moore expecting to start up front.
Hope out depth guys show up. This is our most deep roster to date I believe, so I hope they go out and work. I hope we get to see Delgado, especially at the DM position that Vanney touts him as.
Is anyone coming to this game? I want to go but don't want to get jumped for wearing a TFC jersey in the sea of blue :-/
I care about winning Canada, not so much about any ccl games after that.
Game also on MLS live tonight for those who don't know.
Really wish we could all watch if from Saputo sector 112!!! It'd be great!!!

Canadian Championship semifinal in Edmonton postponed due to snow. #CanChamp
They get to host the 2nd leg now, not that it's going to matter much I think.
