A quick note about that off stated 60% of the teams make the playoffs.
4 out of the 6 teams in the East will play a one game playoff - that's a bit of a crap shoot at the best of times. You really want to get into the top 2 or at least the top 4 to guarantee a home match.
Being above the red line might be what is in people's heads, but playing a one off Wednesday night game in New Jersey is not going to feel like much of a playoff run.
Just something I heard on TSN radio that is pretty funny ...
They are advertising that David Villa is coming to play on Wednesday with Man City.
Unless there is some major loop-hole in the MLS contract he has, I think the TFC advertising department had a brain fart.

This is posted on the TFC Website Today "Five Manchester City Players to Watch"
Manchester City are bringing their stars to BMO Field for Wednesday night’s friendly against Toronto FC.
Sergio Aguero, Pablo Zabaleta and Martin Demichelis are making special trips to Toronto before joining Argentina for Copa America in Chile.
....yet across the Pond...the Mirror reported they weren't traveling...will they or won't they...this is like a bad tabloid soap opera...
Because of the contract if they are here they'll make an appearance however brief....a la Real Madrid stars......?

The only man to have suited up for the two clubs that will be facing each other at BMO Field tomorrow night !!!

Bradley and Gio are probably mandated by their contracts to play in these for a bit, much like some Man City players. The rest of that lineup I can live with.
Hooray for Q!!!

Q, mannella, aparicio and Hamilton will hopefully all get time along with Lovitz and maybe Bloom (regain match fitness?)
Dike will likely play part of the game vs. Man City. Armen tweeted from practice today, that Dike is back with TFC. However the friendly game is the only one he can play until the window opens in July.

Time for Hamilton to extend his strike rate against EPL opposition to 2 for 2.
I would put Manella in that spot before Chapman. Only a matter of time before this guy makes the big club full time. He is very sturdy and composed. Cheyrou would be a good one to learn from as well.
No rush obviously, but start of next year I'd see if he's ready for a sub role. Always good to have depth through the mid.
Rest the starters please. I don't care if we get spanked.
Quillan Roberts scores against English sides.
Fact.
If Seba has to play, bring him on the last 15 minutes of the game.
Anyone find it convenient that Bendik is all of a sudden okay to play tomorrow?
I bet TFC also has contractual requirements for their first-team players, i.e. playing at least a half. Hopefully they'll take it easy (but trying telling them that, vs. an EPL team...).
