    Default MLS Week IV

Or should I say Weak 4.

Some shoddy defending in the games so far.

LOL, Avila and another Orlando player set a blatant pick right in front of the ref and he misses it. That's PRO for ya! Total professionals, a Gantar every one of them.

Yeah, some weak defending earlier in Montreal-Orlando game, but it seems like pace of the game has died down though.

Vancouver-Portland should be a fun to watch tonight.

Limpact giving up two quick goals after going up 2-0. Looks like it's going to be a long season for them. What am I saying?! That's great news!

Yeah but it's hard not to root for them. They're the little team that could.

Orlando tv dudes suggesting that nobody would fake a late injury.

    Meanwhile:

Good result for TFC this draw.

Almost all good teams seem to be in West Conference, be qualified for the play-offs should be easy

Vancouver's early season record flatters them. They have the quality but something's not clicking. Their luck will run out eventually if they don't improve. But certainly a nice position to be in.

They're too predictable IMO. I am not sure it's on players or coach who are one dimensional, but they seem easy to defend against (just keep them in front of you) while their defenders come off as sloppy that foul a lot.

Agreed. They were lucky not to lose tonight.

Apparently there were zero SOG from either team in Dallas vs Seattle, a first in MLS history.

A shame for the crowd in attendance, 18K in Dallas, which is quite decent for a change.

Chicago might actually play better without their big DP signing - Maloney, who's not really that big a DP.

Could be a really dire game, but.....it is a preview of next Saturday.

And, it has Gantar in just to complete the woefulness.

Wow, what a sad looking turnout for Chicago. Tons of empty seats.

Matthew Doyle ‏@MLSAnalyst 1m1 minute ago Igboananike certainly finishes like a typical Fire DP.

Fire supporters with a sense of humour.

    Chant after their goal

    "Holy Shit!"

Mind you, their usual chants are just about as thoughtful. Variations of "Fire".

at least Gantar got the red card call right lol
“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.

I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’

And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

That's a good result for us. Less pressure on Chicago next week. We should win that one.
