A lot of nice goals in there!
Secret ballot has be cast.
Voted for Sam. Mix at more time and space to pick out a corner. As nice as the Seattle team work looked, Giovinco's key pass was nicer than Pappa's and Keane's goal was nothing special at all.

Apparently it is fixed according to this http://www.torontofc.ca/news/2015/03...dup-matchday-1 Lloyd Sam is going to get GOTW.
Coming into this game, I had my doubts on Gio's playmaking ability in the middle of the park. I don't anymore.

I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’
And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

Dempsey's goal was the best of the week but I couldn't bring myself to vote for those Starbucks drinking, grunge band listening, Frazer Crane watching, west coast hippies.
My issue with Dempseys is that he got a pass.. Seattle had beat the defence so it was just a guy kicking the ball into the net.
The other 4 were really very interesting.
I went Jozy only because his was the only one that truly beat a keeper, they others were either the person with the assist did the work of beating the keeper, or the keeper was just totally out of position from the beginning. The Llyod Sam one the keeper was so far away from that corner he had no chance.
Jozy got a pass and he did the work to put it in the net with the full attention of the keeper, so I voted for him.
Yeah, I voted for Dempsey's goal - not because HE did anything spectacular, but because it was a brilliant team goal.
Altidore's goal was the best individual effort, and the build up was superb as well. He got my vote.
