This made me laugh for so many reasons:

that's pretty awesome.
I think the FO is starting take itself just a little less seriously since the end of last season. Probably a good tactic in marketing consider the plethora of past missteps in all other areas of the club's management. Not a bad commercial - I don't know how effective it would be for attracting new fans, though.
Did the USA , of all countries, just fix soccer? - C. Ronaldo, May 27th commenting on the FBI-led investigations into fraud and corruption throughout FIFA.
The swipe at defoe and previous campaign is hillarious. Good point about possibly missing the mark on attacting new fans though.

Interesting Point about the Stars and Stripes angle.
One of my good buddies at work is a dual-citizen. (Can/USA)
he's a sports fan, but very casually followed TFC.
he was telling me how he and his family in the states (chicago area) are going to hit up the Fire Game at Easter because Altidore and Bradley will be there.
i found it really interesting that having those 2 USMNT players on one team, would be a draw in the USA.
thats pretty funny he could see them in toronto
wow 2016 and things are looking up --- come on you reds lets go
