The biggest work for the Phase 3 renovation is the roof right? And they've already started the foundation work for that.
Whatever. They can have a very different re-opening next year. I'm sure it will be as well received as this year.

I thought Roof was Phase 2, and then Phase 3 (2017) was to allow the Argos in, I guess they are merging the two together...
The roof requires no reorganization for seats removed. I think that will be in the forefront of the minds of those that keep their seats.

Stage 2 is the roof.
Stage 3 was the tear down of the north (and possibly some or all of the south) for roll out seats. It was only ever for the Argos.
The plan remains, no TFC home games until May 2016. No change there.
That just tells you everything about their thought process.
