I Have to say, from field level that new east side looks really imposing. With the roof on and the supporters' roar, I bet it will be even more intimidating.

I drove by at 1PM today workers still working hard on it!
This reminds me of myself.
Always working 'till the 11th hour to get a job done.
I just walked around BMO. There are new workers coming in by the minute. There must be about 100 people working in there right now. They seem to be doing an A/V check. All hands and deck, it seems. I think that there will still be quite a bit incomplete by tomorrow. Still impressive though.
"Failure simply isn't an option at this stage. TFC pushed its chips to the middle of the table when it splurged on Bradley and Defoe and reinforced its bet by making savvy acquisitions elsewhere. This collection of players is capable of delivering on the promises made during the close season. There are no more excuses available for TFC. Only success will continue the process of atoning for the past and establishing a higher standard for the future." FOX Sports

^ Not quite there yet. But as long as it's ready enough for us to watch a game, that's all that really matters at this point.
I don't see much stadium discussion today.
The stadium seemed MUCH bigger with that one stand increased - it seemed to dwarf over the south end! I always thought that the east stand was large, but the additional level makes the old stand look tiny!
It was bizarre that they were actually still working on the stadium at the start of the game - I saw sparks flying at the back of the new stand where they were still welding!
I also noticed that the top tier of the new stand was packed with lineups for the concessions, meanwhile the new middle level was almost empty - you could wander up and get a beer at will without any lineup at all.
Hmm, good tip thanks. The West side concessions are always crowded. Will take a walk at half time of the Portland game to get something.
The concourse above the south created a really different feel - if anything it pointed down towards all the going on in the south.

Took this yesterday. You could probably crop it for a wallpaper
Looks much better now with the new east stands, can't imagine how it would be like after the roof and new lights are installed next year.
