I should have new schematics for the new gates today or tomorrow.
    Thanks for the update Phil.

In the last photo I saw the east stand only had 2 new entrances built from the concourse and nothing for 109/110...so I was just a little confused as to how we are going to enter from the new concourse to our seats at the top of 110.....LOL!

There is still some confusion as to whether the north will get the retractable stands the south will get.

Yes or no depending who you talk to.

For an example, Bob Hunter (MLSE executive) said he's going to get rid of north stand and build a stage to host concerts (lol) while others (with inside sources) say current north stand will be replaced with retractable stands.

If they get rid of North Stand, then I feel really bad for season ticket holders who have seats in the north end. They will be scrambling to find decent seats for decent price in other stands.

From the side and front the stand looks really huge - and it is. But when in there and looking at it from pitch level it really takes on this weird slope and disappears a bit.

    All new dynamics now though.

From ground level it really does seem like it towers over the pitch.

EDIT: I had the exact opposite reaction, Phil. I was down there for a Marlie playoff game a couple of weeks ago and from looking in at the pitch from the South West corner, it really felt like it towered over the ptich.

straight on, yes. But I took some pics from the south end and it looks flatish. Maybe its just the pictures because being there, it felt somewhat overwhelming.

Its very much taller than the west stand. Profile wise it looks very unbalanced, but I think the roof will give it the definition it needs.

It doesn't look like it at least from the design photos.

The sad thing is that the Argos won't even be able to fill it with advertising tarps.

I see they opened up two of the lower bowl tunnels to the second-level concourse. Wonder if they will have the others ready or of they will do them later?

I really wish the would fill in the gaps on the corners with more seats. I guess the lopsidedness of the 4 sections makes it unique?

And add more seats to the south.

Yeah it would have looked much better if they added some of the extra seats on the corners and kept the east grandstand a little smaller. But hey I'm not an architect who's been paid millions to design anything before!

The stadium is going to look awkward until the roof is installed. The stands are far too asymmetric.

I personally care the most about the atmosphere inside the stadium and I'm pretty sure we're going to make it a good one!!!!
