Membership in the Red Patch Boys

Once again, we are opening the membership drive for new members!

New members should send an email to membership@redpatchboys.ca or speak to or PM any one of the people on the membership team. You can speak with any member or people from the membership team at any Red Patch Boys event (posted on the boards for all to see), most of the time at Shoeless Joes on game days and we can tell you about the group. The email should include your name, your board name (if you have one), your phone number and a time that is best for one of the membership team to give you a call about joining the Red Patch Boys! The 2015 team is anonymiss, brrgrrl, celt-nick, CoachGT, JamboAl, Mr. Bigby, lintberg, lips, Miss Jones, scooter, sidvan, and UltraFootyFanatic. We are looking for a couple of individuals to help with the membership team too, if you are interested. Just send a PM to CoachGT.

All members who have joined by March 7th (the season opener with an RPB viewing at Shoeless Joes King & Dufferin)
will have their board name or their real name embossedon their 2015 membership card!

Everyone gets a membership card as part of membership. Please be sure to ask for yours!

Members shall received

• A 2015 membership card, which entitles you to 15% off at Shoeless Joes (King & Dufferin location only) on non-game days;
• 2015 dog tags;
• Access to member’s only sections of the boards;
• Access to season’s seats in 112 and 114, subject to availability
• The chance to participate at RPB only events, such as our year end party (which usually has a player or two in attendance) and RPB football tournaments;
• The chance to have your child participate as a player escort on the field at a TFC game (this is confirmed for 2015)
• Access to RPB road trip information, including ticket and hotel deals;
• Participation on one of the RPB teams, either drumming, leading songs in the stands or helping out with banners
• Attendance at special events – RPB have been invited to attend some press conferences and we’ve had meetings with Tim Bezbetchenko and players at Shoeless Joes during the season

Membership is $25 for the upcoming season to be a part of the Red Patch Boys, an incorporated not-for profit entity. You can make your payment at any RPB event, whenever the membership team is available, or you can pay by EMT. You will receive a note confirming your membership!

Where do this money go? and are there any younger members (under 20?)

The funds collected go into keeping the group running.
we have a website that gets a lot of traffic, so we need to pay for server space, etc.
we use the money for initiatives in the stands, like Banners/tifos.
the money might be used for seed money/deposits for other projects.
