Bradley looking much more like his early season form last year...

That nerve issue in his foot was bothering him all season, I think.

FT 0-0 in scrimmage vs Orlando City. That's not a bad outcome considering OCSC used a lot of starters in the first half.

If more than one player gets injured in this usa friendly might actually be some truth to the fact that the German trains them too hard in these camps he calls.

Altidore getting injured is the exact reason I don't want to either him or Bradley playing in that early season non fifa date friendly against Mex.

Nice to see our B team with a few A team players can hold Orlando's starting line up.

I guess the main disadvantage to having US internationals on your MLS team is all this non-FIFA friendly bullshit.

It would be nice if, at the very least, they could tell us the formation.

Seems like a 4-4-2 with Osorio on the right wing and Cheyrou on the left. Fits in with the subs we made.

Cheyrou isn't a winger. A diamond 4-4-2 would make more sense.

Wonder if Vanney was trying a 4-1-4-1, which is a formation I could see us using at times this year.

    Bendik
    Bloom-Perquis-Caldwell-Morrow
    Cheyrou
    Bradley
    Findley-Giovinco-Osorio
    Altidore

"Michael Bradley wouldn't elaborate on how bad injury was last year, but sounds like he played through pain & is healthy now (after surgery)."

I've suspected this for a while now. There was a clear difference between Bradley's first 4-5 games last year and his WC + his return to the team. He had that procedure done on his foot prior to the WC, but it must not have worked, or he didn't get enough of a chance to recover after it. Bradley looked very good against Panama today. A return to the player he really is would do wonders for our midfield.

Watched the highlights of the US-Panama game. Bradley looked fantastic, and Altidore was very involved in the attack prior to subbing off at the half.

I would have expected nothing less from the General, he is one who gives it all to club and country and will be great to see with both the Reds this season and for the USMNT at the Gold Cup. It is going to be exciting times.

Michael Bradley was not the same player after game 5 of last season. You knew that there had to be something wrong physically.

Citeh (NY version) played St. Mirren tonight (Scot time) and the whole game is on mlssoccer.com, and they haven't posted the score. It says live but it's an archive.
