I think we should keep in mind what those players we love are doing in comparison league-wide, for sure, but sometimes supporters are attracted to players trying to make that jump in level.
I'd agree Bendik played best when he was fighting for Frei's position. Whether it will work the other way around we shall see.

Rounds 3 and 4 of the draft tomorrow. We have 3 picks IIRC.
Best players left http://www.topdrawersoccer.com/colle...s-3-4_aid35745
TFC pick forward Michael Ramos from Whitworth University in 3rd round
TFC picks up Michael Ramos with the 8th pick of the 3rd round
Interesting pick, what a well traveled journey he has been on since high school, 3 colleges and some lower division stops in Europe.

Ramos scored 14 goals in 21 games in his senior season for the Pirates. #SuperDraft
Canadian jordan murrel picked by Real Salt Lake...
Was hoping we picked him considering the lack of RB options we currently have.
UNLV's Sal Bernal selected by the Reds with their first of two fourth round picks.

Safe to assume these guys will go to our USL team?
Edit: With our last pick we get Tyler Engel from North Carolina (the pick we got from trading Jeremy Hall)
He's a left back, no?
Also he is currently in Europe trying out with teams so no guarantee he plays in MLS.

Really like what Portland, Seattle & TFC did w/day 2 picks.
On Bernal
"Bernal is a crafty attacking player who can beat you with his passing abilities, off the dribble, and can serve as a release valve under heavy pressure. He’s also only 5-foot-7, so he’s very much a system player. If you like playing with the ball on the ground, he’s your guy."
Really like what Portland, Seattle & TFC did w/day 2 picks. Cal's Seth Casiple, the last player taken in the draft, a nice grab by Portland

Interesting tidbit on Sal Bernal. Looks like he's a non-status individual who came to the States from Mexico when he was two - thus, teams were worried that he might count as an international. He looks great on youtube, and I hope coming to play here in Canada doesn't affect his citizenship application process.

I've heard he's totally a conformist^^^
I do not count as an individual. I am...we are group.

haha, "international" not "individual
So, the draft is coming up soon and its time to be asking whether we can find ourselves another Kyle Bekker.
