So that's what TFC look like in HD!
I think the more free(?) publicity TFC gets, the better.
But I bought my 50" Panasonic plasma last week from Bay Bloor Radio.

It is cheaper to use soccer images than hockey and basketball, that is why when you see football footage in commercials alot of the time if you look closely, it is USFL clips etc.

Does CBC broadcast TFC in HD?
You can tell it's a photo and not an HDTV screenshot as the depth of field is all wrong for broadcast television.
TFC looks even better in personfrom my belcony in 111
and for that price you could have a pair of seasons for three years

I am ready for full HD!
But so far...I have not been able to find a single TFC game broadcast in HD. That sucks...but watching the Man United vs Wigan match, and subsequent celebrations in HD was pretty sweet.
Futureshop and MLS are corporate sponsors. Whenever you go to futureshop they always have oone TV that has just MLS highlights and stuff advertising the league on a high def TV
The Canadian Newspaper Association (or one of the media groups, anyway) used a huge, wide-angle game shot last week as well that ran on the back page of the Edmonton Journal, full-page.
I watch some of the Saturday MLS games on HDNet, but I doubt any of those will involve TFC..

funny...it's blurry live at the match too ;~)
it's funny because the CBC doesn't broadcast TFC in HD, only the score does and then you have that stupid score update bar at the bottom. Come on CBC hook us up!
Sports in HD is amazing. If it wasn't for HD, last nights RSL v Rapids game on HDNet would have been unwatchable-the football was horrid but the picture was beautiful.

Actually they do, but only when they can free up the HD resources, which means hockey gets broadcast in HD first, then soccer. I'd hazard a guess that tomorrows game is going to be broadcast in HD.
