Ugh, that looks like Dynamic Pricing to me. Top will be for international friendlies, Premium will be when LA Galaxy and Montreal come to town, Regular will be for regular teams like NYRB and Columbus, and Value will be low-quality opposition games with no real selling point - like the Philly Union or Colorado Rapids.
Philly is a top match, not sure what to think .

Haha....got another note from TFC. New prices look in line now with what I expected. They should really double check that kind of thing before sending it out.
