That's hardly the point. The fact is a professional toronto sports team is playing and TSN would rather cover a draft of some obscure sport

Yup. He's been awful for them.

    Yes!

BTW, these commentators are idiots. Defoe was not complaining about Morrow's yellow as such. He was complaining that when he got hammered, the referee only had a chat with the NYRB offender while the first time a TFC player commits a hard tackle, he goes immediately to the pocket.

    Defoe was right to complain.

TSN's meat and potatoes for years has been NHL hockey (and to a lesser extent, CFL football). Of course, they're covering the draft. And considering Rogers is grabbing just about everything starting in September, they might as well make hay while the sun shines.

Likely more people watching the draft than this game.

I prefer the guys on MSG over the Sportsnet crew - very realistic about how things go for their team.

Good attempt to keep it on the deck today.

Frustrating to see Osorio, Warner, and Defoe try to get Oduro, Jackson, and Moore to do the bare-basics when it comes to moving off the ball. Oduro I can live with because his speed adds something to the equation, but the other two I would hope are not going to be starting too often.

Morrow seems a bit behind today. He let his mark go for that free kick.

I don't know who the main guy is, but he is just terrible. Very boring and not exactly well spoken either.

Sportsnet has simply not kept pace with TSN when it comes to the quality of the MLS telecasts.

Great tackle by Henry to dispossess Luyandula in the TFC penalty box.

Nice try on the pass to Defoe from Oduro. Difficult, almost pulled it off.

Thierry Henry doesn't look happy. Maybe he would rather be commentating.

I understand he expressed as much before he left the BBC to come back to New York.

It's Dan Dunleavy. He does Sabres games as his main gig now. Used to do Leafs on radio.

The main problem was Orduro letting Henry get that cross in. He overran him giving Henry the time to put in that perfect ball.

Somebody let their goal scorer get into the box without being covered.....Henry had to jump out 2 steps to get near that.
