Bekker is awful. Just awful. One of the worst players I have seen play for us. And that is saying a lot....

Their midfield and forwards are solid - really good. The backline is totally depleted. And we have done nothing to exploit that. That is on Nelsen.
Our forwards get no service.
Not only that. Competitive team. Invested heavily in scouting. No vast salary gaps. Great academy. Fantastic stadium and reasonable ticket prices

There was a debate thread about whether Gilbs was a flop. That play where Defoe sent him clear through and he nailed the side net just about sums it up. The angle was generous, and he had the backline beat and....not even close. Sting the fucking keeper's hands at least!
Defoe is getting annoyed and for good reason. Worst service he's gotten all year.
