    that goals was pants.
    Dallas are pants.
a draw may not have been a fair result considering he pressure they gave us for a solid 30 mins. .
launching long ball after long ball into the box is horrible football to watch.
feel sorry for the Dallas faithful. .

    CAPTAIN Caldwell = BEAST
NOTICE: Wager with STB: OVER 2 shots on goal in the First half wins a Pint at HT.

    Gotta love it.

“With these six games, I would have taken [nine points] straight away,” Nelsen said. “With the injury crisis that we’ve had, that we didn’t even think was going to happen, I’d take it.”

You didn't think the injuries were going to happen??

I will give you that you didn't expect to miss Bradley for a game. Maybe even Osorio for a game.

Let's not overstate the others. Every guy out there has a replacement with the exception of Defoe.

Telling me Henry markedly improves the team over Orr or Hagglund? You miss Morgan out there? Issey playing in place of Rey weakens the team? Jackson instead of DeRo makes us worse?

    BS

Defoe being out? Yes. There is no argument there.

As for being unexpected, did you not get his medical record?

    January 2013 - hip/ thigh injury
    February 2013 - ankle injury
    March 2013 - hip/thigh injury
    September 2013 - groin injury
    December 2013 - hamstring injury
    February 2014 - hamstring injury
(And now March 2014 - hamstring injury)

He missed weeks of action in the last year and this is supposedly something that caught you by surprise?

Boo hoo. There are 4 more years to deal with missing Defoe due to injury for significant stretches. Figure it out as it is about as expected as the sun rising. Get on with it.

    Happy for him too.

What's not to love? It must be interesting walking around in some of their shoes, in all this wonderment at the "unexpected."

I wonder if they will be prepared tonight when the sun sets? Or when clothes come out of the dryer, dry? Miracles, every day.

In addition, I have "sold out" games to a "fixed team" that you can just walk up and get a ticket for. Life doesn't get much better.

Meh. Predictable sound bytes are predictable. If I wanted to be surprised I guess I'd follow the Raptors. Pandering vs predictability? I just skip the interviews unless one of us here make a point of it.

The Raptors are interesting. They tried to tank and ended up winning. Tim L calls them "fixed" now too.

Is "fixed" an adjective we really want to use in this country when talking about our sport?

Pretty sure he labelled the Leafs "fixed" after making the playoffs last year... maybe win a round in the playoffs before you go there, that's all i'm sayin

Pretty sure the term "Fixed" is used to mean he believes that the right people are running the teams and they are heading in a positive direction.
