Fuck again!
2nd post for bekker lol off free kick
Jesus....... he's so good at those. Shame he just couldn't find it today.
Bekker is the unluckiest SOB on the planet.
I thought we gave a good accounting today.
Them's the breaks.
Next.

Weak sauce, not getting at least a point out of that. Colorado have horseshoes up their jocks.
no Tornoto FC is
Well, I'll applaud the effort for that one. They tried at least. We didn't do much but Colorado did less
Three cheers for missing half your team.

I blame it on the "no goals allowed" stat..
Good effort by Bekker. But overall, what a shit performance. I'm just waiting for Nelsen to tell us how many more players were injured this week with "fatigue knocks" and "hamstring tweaks."
having 5 regulars out, 2 of them DP's won't get you far. I have never seen so many injuries to start a season.
Well when we start Bekker and Hall it's an uphill battle at the start.
Statistically (for what it is worth) Bekker had the best game out of everyone.

What can you do? Missing 5 starters, 2 DPs, and we still outplay them. 2 free kicks hitting the woodwork. One crappy goal from Colorado with some lucky bounces and defensive errors is all it takes.
Sucks not to get a point out of this, which would've been very fair. I have to say with a full strength lineup we would've smoked them today.
We need to get healthy already for god's sake. I don't know what's going on but it cost us points today and it won't be the last time. These points are precious with the World Cup approaching.
I think TFC depth is mediocre, but we still have lots to improve in order to get into the playoffs seems without the General we can't control the game effectively but you cannot build Toronto in a day, we need to get there, just hope we have similar stories as the Raptors and not TML
I honestly think that had we had someone in place of Hall that can actually contribute to the attack we might have at least got a goal. Hall needs to go.
Bekker should have given the ball to Gilberto, and his distribution all game was terrible. Everything in the air, all the time. Very good performance from most players, except as much as I want him to do well, DeRo is a shadow of his former self, and should never start again
It annoys the hell out of me when Nelsen talks about injuries as if they were brought before us by some supernatural force. Something is wrong. Either the players don't know how to stay in shape, or the trainers have no idea what the hell they are doing at practice sessions.
I would be pissed if I was Gilberto...
80% of the time this team won't be in the position to field the best possible starting 11.
Get used to it people!
hahahahha I don't even know where to begin with this comment. Wow.
Right.. what I won't ever understand is: down a goal, at home.. but, then, Nelson waits until the 90th minute to bring on the extra striker. What's the sense?!
Give him time to at least find the game. I mean, did he even get a touch of the ball, in the remaining four minutes of time added?! Really getting sick to my ass with these ridiculously late subs; I get that we were short-handed, for quality, but, he clearly thought that Hamilton might nick one -- get him on a bit earlier (last ten or so minutes).
he has already said Management has to put its hand up for this....
I've rarely if ever been so proud of the effort by our Reds in a loss. Injuries already ravaged the lineup, unlucky on some chances, overall a great effort despite the loss. IMO I agree Gilberto should've had that last kick though, and as usual, he needs more/better service throughout matches. The one goal reminded me of previous years' TFC teams with an unorganized effort. Otherwise solid match by our back 4.
I don't know if I agree with you. Bekker did fairly well on both free kick. Nelson has Bekker as the go to guy on set pieces for a reason...although I don't think I would have minded to see what Gilberto can do from a dead ball.
Also, Hall was no where to be found / not a distribution option. Bekker didn't have options to play with in central midfield which caused him to long ball it more than he probably would have liked.
Gilberto needs service to be effective... I would even consider dropping him deeper so he can collect and run with the ball to get him more involved in the offensive when Bradley isn't in the line up
