I was talking about this earlier, it was a little concerning to me that he got barely any minutes in preseason. Figured TFC would want to show him off so that Wilmington staff could assess him, like they did with Aparicio and Lovitz. Though he was apparently injured at some point during camp so that could have played a part. Still hope he does head down there.

Molinaro tweeted he didn't travel with the team due to being held out of the squad. No injury, just selection. Shows the staff shares my opinion that Hagglund looks like a better bench option at the moment.

He is for sure. Check out the Michael Bradley interview from yesterday. There is a CMNT reunion right behind Michael: Doneil, Ashtone, Issey (in a pinney) talking to Paul Dolan and then Bekker joins in.

Speaking of that, what is Paul Dolan doing there? Is he joining the TFC staff?

My hypothesis on this is that in High school, you are the best on your team and you play striker, once there is more talent you get moved into a more appropriate position.

Danny Dichio said in a pre-season interview on one of the radio stations that he's clearly not ready for MLS yet. I don't think we'll see much of him this year.

Weird though, thought there still would be some sort of announcement, for Issey, Canadian international and all.

I think because the deal was put together really quick to get him out to Seattle in time for match....I think that is why....maybe something this week to announce, but who knows.

Probably just waiting on the okay from MLS head office and they likely don't do paper work on the weekends.

http://www.football-italia.net/46582...sso-future-mls Interesting article not sure which MLS teams are looking to bring in Combiasso from Inter this Summer. Still Great player for he's age and would be good acquisition.

Cambiasso is actually a real possibility. That would be some midfield, he and Bradley alone could take over a game.

Cambiasso would be great but it's a non issue because we are already at the max with our DP's so unless he does not want DP money which I doubt then we can't get him even if we wanted to.

QPR are eating most of his salary. The loan is to get him match fit for the World Cup in hopes he plays well in te WC shop window b

Cheap loan from QPR. Cesar at this point just wants to play to keep his spot on the Brazilian national team.

So i guess the only way to get a player like Cambiasso (without getting rid of one of our dp's), would be on loan then.

Pretty much, and I think there is little chance of that happening. Cesar is a unique case being on a huge wage with a club that got related. They need to unload him, but no one will take him on his wages as it stands.

Lovitz, Roberts, Aparacio loaned to Wilmington. i wonder who the last player to join them is. Also confirms that we have signed Lovitz.

Sounds like there won't be a permament 4th. It'll be whoever needs minutes and won't be necessary to our first team at the time. If I had to guess right now I think we'll probably see Bekker, Morgan and Agbossoumonde rotating.
