Wow, good question, first i thought it was Bradley Orr, and then the person has long hair so I think it's either a trialist or an academy player? I don't think its INF though.

Edit: wait, on second thought, actually maybe it's INF

It does look like INF... although with the number of media people at practice today it would be hard to keep that signing from coming out.

Oh, I think he meant Issey Nakajima Farran. Let us never use that acronym again. I don't think that's him though, despite the hair.

Definitely looks like Isseys. Compare to the day 2 interview and there are a lot of similarities. Glad they have someone already.

No way Mannella's hair is that long. There was a picture of him in Sarasota with a few other players and he had regular length hair, that was about 5 weeks ago. Also Mannella appears to have a tattoo on his right forearm and the video from the star shows that this player has no tattoos, at least in that location.

    My money is on Issey.

I'm 90 per cent sure that wasn't Issey. I thought it might have been but when he walked by it looked like another kid. There was a bunch of TFC Academy kids in training today.

Armen Bedakian ‏@ArmenBedakian 47m Kene Eze listed on Toronto FC roster. Dan Lovitz, too. Lovitz wore number 35 today. #TFC #MLS

Eze has been listed on the site for a while. Can't draw a conclusion from that.

If we sign Eze, boy is that a damning statement about Welshman.

How so? He was given a year, showed nothing, so it's time afford somebody else the opportunity. At worst Eze will get 0 minutes which is only 5 less than Welshman got all season.

Because if we signed Eze he'd probably get time in Wilmington, and if we're willing to give him time there it looks pretty bad on Welshman, who didn't have that opportunity last year and apparently wasn't worth getting it this year.

I know we drafted him way too early but he was still projecting as a 2nd round pick. The gap from the 2nd round to the supplemental rounds is huge, the percentage of supplemental picks that play any minutes in MLS is pitiful. It probably shouldn't exist. I'd feel pretty hard done by if I was a 1st round pick who was passed up for a supplemental guy.

Feel as if it has more to do with Welshman not being a 'guy' from the new FO. You can already see the kind of minutes and opportunities Hagglund is getting so far.

INF in town and presumably close to signing per wileman

Luke Wileman ‏@LukeWileman 10m I'm told Canadian international Issey Nakajima Farran was back training with Toronto FC today. Deal on the way?

    David Rowaan ‏@soccercanada 5m
Nakajima Farran is back in town. Should be officially signed before the Seattle game. Good addition IMO and an upgrade over Lambs

That's good. Addresses our lack of wing depth in the short term.

If Rey and Gilberto can't go he could start on the wing with Dero up top

With Rey, Jackson, and Issey, our winger depth is now respectable. Good move, and it didn't cost us an international slot.

Brill. Now if they could just get a power forward type to fill the gap left by Dike. Is there a low-rent, Canadian version of Dike out there?

This. Issey is a capable winger. It's always nice to add Canadians without compromising on talent.

We brought De-ro back and now it looks like its Ali Gerba's time.

Yes, lets bring Gerba back. While we're at it lets give Colin Samuel a call, now that Hassli is free we can have a fat man trio; all with previous connections to the club.
